If you are experiencing internal conflict from a post-combat scenario, PTSD, or would like to feel peace of mind as a veteran re-entering your community, it is time to invite healing and reclaim your Divine Self. This interfaith program will help you renew your joy in living by learning simple techniques of mindfulness and staying in the present moment. Type of Event: Mantras, Chanting, Meditation, and Breath Instruction
Release stress and think clearer! You will learn breathing techniques such as Pranayama, Banda Traya, and Prana Kria that increase oxygen and energize areas of the body. Learn about mudras, mantras, the meaning of Om and why chanting helps you to attune to a particular vibration and attract auspicious energies. A sound frequency meditation is included, and a short discussion on the Law of Attraction. The class ends with a Deeksha/Blessing at the conclusion of the program. Bring prayer lists for Charlene to bless if you feel so moved.
